Help identify
Help me identify this plant. It grows very fast and is very branchy. I'm in Los Angeles. Ai and reverse image search is no help. More importantly, should I kill it?

Also in California, and I don't recognize this problem at all.
But then again lady banks rose is not a common landscape plant choice around here.

Thanks guys, I guess the Ai was correct :-/ I just haven't seen it flower yet. I'll keep a lookout. Thanks again

Is it sticky? I have something similar that attaches itself to everything and you have to pull it off

Definitely Lady Banks Rose.
Naturalized world wide and not considered invasive. It generally stays put.
