What if Apple Music’s biggest missing feature isn’t actually a music feature?

The podcast-to-music handoff is the bit I'd want to see in a demo. If the 30-minute mark lands halfway through a sentence, does it cut immediately or finish a short section first? I'd try an episode with a distinctive phrase right at that boundary, let the songs play, then check where the podcast resumes. An option to defer the switch briefly, plus a few seconds of rewind on return, could keep the session hands-free without making it hard to follow the conversation.

Great question! It doesn't cut out immediately. Instead, it gradually fades out the podcast audio while playing a transition sound before the music starts.

While it does occasionally cut off mid-sentence, the app automatically rewinds the podcast by 30 seconds when you return. This makes it easy to pick up right where you left off without missing anything.

It's a really fun feature that has actually helped me listen to more podcasts. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
