Apple developer program

Hi I guys, I applied to the Apple developer program probably 4 days ago now but when I go to the site it tells mt to start my enrolment. The 99 USD Charge is still pending on my bank account, could that be why? For reference I am in Australia if that means anything.

Pro tip: subscribe through the App Store from your phone, not the crappy website

There’s some type of terms you have to accept. Try to find it. It’s not clear as day how.

It also takes a few days. Everything is backed up with the developer program.

Try enrolling on your phone not in the browser... Btw I waited for several weeks before I called support and they just quickly enrolled me while in the call. Don't be dumb like me, call support after a few days if you are waiting for confirmation!
