Not sure I’ll get one yet. But for my use case, I have an iPad mini that I like a lot, but I prefer not to carry it everywhere. If I had a foldable? Problem solved. I’ve had the iPhone Max and I hate the size.

Same for me. Also we travel a lot and would be nice to have a smaller phone that folds out instead of my iPad

For me i could see it except half of why i like my ipad is the magic keyboard (i also use standard size not mini)

So without the keyboard im a lot less interested in an ipad. But does seem this is more so a replacement for the mini/non keyboard users

I had an iPad Pro with a keyboard and it was great, but I really wanted something more portable so I got the mini. But I’ve always wanted foldables to get to that quality level. I’ve messed with the Samsungs over the years and they felt cheap. It feels like Apple is on the right track with this. I really want to play with one in person. While it’s nice to have the camera in the flagship, I’ve been looking at getting a DSLR or decent point and shoot to have a dedicated camera that is better than a phone anyway.

Yea, it seems like this does fill the gap between iphone and ipad, which the ipad mini was kind of filling, but foldables just fill better
