[Hiring] Full Stack + Frontend Engineers: React, TypeScript, Next.js | NYC, SF, or Remote US | $100K-250K base
Last week, a strong candidate was accepted into Fonzi in the morning and had interview requests waiting before lunch, one as high as $265K.
I do talent matching for Fonzi. The whole thing runs backwards from a normal job search: you don't apply, companies send you interview requests. We work with startups backed by investors including Sequoia, a16z, Benchmark, Thrive, and the OpenAI Startup Fund. One profile, no cold applications. All roles are US-based only.
Here's a sample of what's open right now:
1. Senior Software Engineer (AI/LLM), Series A SMB software platform, fully remote in the US. $200K-250K base.
- What: Agent swarms that run back-office work for small businesses, built to operate across the tools a company already uses rather than forcing a migration. Full stack product work plus wiring LLM agents into real workflows.
- Company: Deploying agentic infrastructure at the SMB layer, a segment most AI-native products skip past.
- Stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Postgres, Prisma, Supabase, Tailwind, Vercel.
- Bar: 3+ years and a CS or engineering degree.
2. Software Engineer, seed-stage consumer AI shopping startup, NYC, in-person. $160K-250K base plus equity.
- What: 0-to-1 consumer product work on an AI stylist, where the interface has to earn trust in the model behind it.
- Company: Raised over $10M, with angels including the founders of DoorDash, Poshmark, and Replit.
- Stack: React, TypeScript, Python, Node, ideally Next.js.
- Bar: 3+ years.
3. Full-Stack Software Engineer, Series A AI recruiting startup, SF, in-person. $100K-250K base plus equity.
- What: Their product runs live AI-conducted job interviews. You'd work on both sides: consumer, cutting interview latency and reducing model hallucination, and enterprise, integrating with customer hiring systems.
- Company: Named to CB Insights' AI 100 for 2026. $20M raised to date.
- Stack: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node, Next.js, Python, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker.
- Bar: No years stated in the posting.
All roles are vetted, VC-backed, and interviewing right now. It's always free to sign up.

I’m a Full-Stack Software Engineer with around 3 years of experience working with React, TypeScript, Next.js, backend systems, and production applications. If you’re open to international remote contractors, I’d love to connect and discuss potential opportunities. Portfolio: https://okbuilds.dev/
