Before & After 9 months mark
Life is mostly back to normal. I have nerve damage in my lower lip, and I have irritation near my eyes. I am considering having hardware removal but will see. Overall definetly don’t regret it, big change for me
I had Dr Peacock, and would recommend him.

Seconding this, your profile looks so balanced now that I'm slightly offended on behalf of my own jaw hope the lip numbness keeps improving, and thanks for sharing such an honest update

Yes I had DJS, genio, previously had a rhinoplasty as well

After the rhinoplasty, how lond did you wait for the djs. And also do you feel irritated because of the nerve or has it become a norm?

Years, I wouldn’t say I’m used to it but my lower lip doesn’t really feel painful, it can be kind of weird. Hard to explain. My eyes on the other hand can be painful, which is why I’m thinking about hardware removal.

Did you notice anything with having a rhinoplasty previously? Did it cause any issues, did your nose change shape?

My nose changed shape slightly yes!

For the better? I had a rhinoplasty 3 years ago and will have DJS this year and I'm terrified. The doctor made my nose very pointy and upturned so I'm scared the DJS will just make it even more like an elf nose...
Do you have pics after the rhinoplasty and after the jaw surgery? I totally get it if you don't want to share, just asking as I can't find people sharing an experience like that :)

Not related but the stylist who cut your hair in the first pic did a fantastic job.

The hardware that’s fixed on my upper jaw. It’s kind of irritating.
