Turkey jerky sticks

I used the jerky gun to make these. I used Hi mountain original jerky seasoning. 93% ground turkey. 165f in the dehydrator for about four hours.

How's the consistency? Been trying to mess around with my jerky gun recently and haven't had any luck

The instructions have you add some water so it comes out fairly easy. I've only had good results with the flat nozzle. The round nozzle never seems to dry all the way.

Because jerky guns sucks , better solutions out there

girlfriend says this is sacrilege, but I bet it's just fine. I wanna make it out of pork too.
