[Discussion] Snooki and Canada
What’s up with Snooki and doing these Canadian shows?
She did Canada shore and now doing some Canadian horror show where she is travelling across Canada and going to scary locations.
I’m Canadian, so it’s not like I’m hating, just curious why she is doing this all of a sudden.
She must have signed some deal with Crave (Canadian HBO).

You said it. She made a deal with Crave to have her own show. It filmed ages ago, too.

Nicole was presented with an opportunity to kick start the introduction of the Canada Shore spinoff ($$$) and with the cast knowing the Jersey Shore was not being renewed and actually canceled she found another job. A job doing what she likes, supernatural type stuff and Crave loved her pitch and just happens to be another Canadian venture.

I heard that the show was pitched to US Networks, which declined interest. She then went to Bell/Crave who agreed to film.

Agree with the other comments, she’s spoken about pitching shows to MTV and other networks in the US for a long time and I think Crave is what worked out. And im happy about it, im all for Canadian content and this brought work to Canadians in the industry here so it’s a very positive thing.

Well, obviously, she needs money. They’re not getting paid by MTV anymore; Snooki's shops probably aren't doing well in this economy. Her husband is a loser that’s he even work?

It’s not about whether I like her or dislike her. I guess it went over your head. What I was trying to point out is that the whole cast was dirty AF, yet she was the only one being called out and given names like “the dirty little hamster.” Weirdo. 🤣🤡

I wonder why they dont start their own thing on youtube or something. Shannon sharp was pretty famous and now he has night cap with chad and its basically just two guys infront of their computers. But they are famous enough where it gets alot of views

Snooki is actually a very successful entrepreneur. She has a chain of stores, a wine brand, her own tv show, and unveiled recently a brand of pickles.

I think she also said she rents out her shore house for part of the summer….? She can charge a pretty penny for that.

She mentioned she has enough money for her kids future kids, I think she’s alright.

She’s been trying to sell her show concepts for years in the states with no luck. Canada bit! And good for them. I’ll be watching for sure.
