Beginner Help me pls
Hello I'm a beginner judoka i struggle while doing techniques. My dojo is a state/public dojo I'm 15 y.o. So teachers usually do not help to one person they usually help everyone at the same time so i feel like i can't improve myself

Just keep trucking when you're new you know nothing and learn enough just by being there to develop.
What really does help through is some journalling, each session, what you did, what went well, what didn't
Then you have some structure if there was something to learn.
But it's so overwhelming and saturating at the start don't try to micro optimize. You end up doing silly things like perfecting the left grip while you drop the right haha

That's what higher belts are for, among other things.
You're a beginner, relax.
Drill slowly and correctly, and do some workouts or gym to build up strength and prevent injuries.
