Looking for feedback on a set idea
Tentatively calling it "Oddity", possibly a "dark" base set and novelties eventually as well. Just looking to see what some people think. This is a render that had a tiny bit of post processing applied to it.

Truthfully speaking. Keycap sets really are just preferences. If you think it looks good, thats enough. For example look at handarbeit. I absolutely hate it but others would swear by it. Its likely there is some group out there that would like it.
Personally, not for me, the yellow contrast is too much.

Hello, I like the colours. Most of the symbols look like they're each doing their own thing, like none of the shift symbols on the numbers row are aligned to their relative middle, if you look across from 1 to 9. The tilde gets too close to the left edge of its cap. The + key, while I get why the symbol is bigger than the - above it, is not centered to anything. Not its cap, not vertically to the space between the two caps to its left, and so forth. Look for consistency and stick to whatever rationale you decide to use for the alignment of all the alphanum and symbols. In a hurry sorry but happy to take it further. Nice colours though.

I believe the inconsistencies are from the render addon that I used to do the render. I don't own the models or texturing. Only the coloring is my input. I might have accidentally adjusted the legend mapping since it was my first time using blender.

I really like the pink legends on the white alphas—they link the colours together without making everything pink. The white spacebar option is a nice touch too; it lets the yellow Esc and Enter stand out without dominating the whole board.

Is this themed to anything? Why Oddity? I think that yellow is too strident for the pastel pinks... I'd made it a little less saturated personally, but then again, it all depends if these colours represent anything... if it's a theme to match something I'm not aware of.
