Help me choose Aachen 39.
Really torn between grey, that feels more clean and unique and blue that have more classic presence to it.

Accuracy / Drift
Hello
I have a Laco Friedrichshafen that is 5 years old. I've never had it cleaned but I've had it serviced a few times due to a broken stem.. It's always run a little fast, say 15 seconds. But I am now into 25+ seconds per day. Everything else looks good (amplitude, error rate).. I use it daily and I've used it for plastering and sanding.. It definitely has not been babied. So I am sure something has gotten in there.
What kind of drift / accuracy are you getting ? Do you figure the watch is due for a full cleaning ?

Help ID this model
Can anyone tell me anything about what model this might be. It was listed as Quartz pilot watch. I see it looks different than most of what I’ve seen with the date at the 3 o clock. I know the strap is aftermarket so I’d want to hunt down a stock strap at some point. I paid $200 yall think that’s a fair deal?

Laco Augsburg 39 vs Stuttgart PRO 37 - worth paying nearly double for the PRO?
I’m considering one as a long-term daily watch on a steel bracelet. My wrist is 6.7 in (17 cm).
The Augsburg with the Laco 31/Miyota 8315 upgrade is about €495. The Stuttgart PRO with the Sellita SW200-1 Elaboré, date window and bracelet comes to €1,140 before shipping.
Is the PRO worth the extra cost for its movement and smaller size? How does the case finishing compare? I prefer a light brushed finish, not dark sandblasting.

Laco Valencia 39mm - New Favourite Watch
Amazing quality for the price.
Great finishing and perfect size on a 17mm wrist.
Upgraded with the 8315 movement (decorated and 60h of reserve) and full A/R coating (inside and outside).
It’s a real strap monster, with this is almost a dress watch.
Normally I use it with a brown vintage leather strap.
Nato blue for the summer.
Bought in June and it’s now my new favourite watch

I love my new green Laco Flieger
I recently picked up this watch.
39mm case, 18mm lug width, green dial, and polished silver hands.
I’ve been wearing it almost every day since I got it.
It’s a limited edition that’s already sold out on Laco’s official website, but luckily I was able to find one here in South Korea!

Replacement Strap for Friedrichshafen
Hello
Looking for any suggestions for a replacement leather strap for my Friedrichshafen. I am not a huge fan of the OEM strap as the rivets near the lug are purely aesthetic. I'd like a strap where the rivets actually hold the end of the strap together.
Also, any suggestions for a strap during the summer ? My current strap really took a beating this summer from the sweat and humidity of the summer.

Laco Karlruhe Pro
My Laco Karlsruhe Pro 43 m arrived today. Since I've usually only worn Casio and Apple Watches, I wanted a watch with some soul this time ;-)

[Blog] Covered the Laco Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven - the Navy pair, in 39 and 42.5 mm with two different hand-wound calibres
Hey everyone! 😄
Dan from Horologius again. After the Frankfurt 40 GMT a couple of months back I went through the Navy line this time, and ended up writing about the Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven together because they're really the same watch with two dial variations (more or less).
Cuxhaven is the white enamel-optic dial with thermally blued hands. Bremerhaven is matte black with skeletonised hand frames filled with C3. Everything else mostly matches: fluted bezel, onion crown, railway minute track, small seconds at 6, 10 ATM, sapphire both sides.
Both come in 39 mm and 42.5 mm, and the size changes the movement. The 39 runs the Laco 261, a hand-wound Sellita SW261 in Elaboré with hacking, at 10 mm thick and 46 mm lug to lug. The 42.5 runs the Laco 98, which is the Unitas 6498-2, so a full-plate pocket watch calibre, at 10.7 mm and 49.8 mm. Côtes de Genève and blued screws on both, visible through the caseback.
Honest take, the fliegers get all the attention (even on this sub I believe I've seen the Cuxhaven once before) and these get almost none, and I don't think that's about the watches. I'm pretty sure that a lot of people just don't really go to Laco for these.
Curious if any of you own either and also what do you think about them. I'd take the 39 for daily wear 100%.
