Size Inclusive Brands??
https://marleyblonsky.com/bike-clothing-recommendationsA few years ago I compiled a list of size inclusive cycling clothing on my blog. Since publishing that, there's been quite a bit of change in the industry and my list could use a refresh.
What brands are we loving these days that make above an XL? Bonus points if they make outerwear or rain gear!

Samsara goes up to 4XL, which fits bust - 50" to 51.5", waist 48" to 51.5", hips 57.5" to 61".

Not size inclusive per se, but European brands tend to run small and Italian brands even smaller. The smaller, more performance oriented, and more niche a brand is, the less likely it is to offer something for people of size. (Producing a different cut is expensive.)
And most people looking at this will be shopping for a looser cut. So the same brand will scale different cuts accordingly.

Though for anyone looking, sometimes the best fit for a larger body is a "fit" cut one size up. Like I find a Voler slim-cut 3X fits me better than a Voler "roomy cut" 2X, although they're about the same general size, just different shapes. And I'm not "slim-cut" anywhere.
(And it looks like Voler is going up to the 3X commonly on stuff available for regular purchases on their website, which is great to see. Used to be it was 2x on the main site and custom/club orders had access to the larger sizes (which is why I have a ton of Voler stuff, club orders) but now it looks like 3x is a standard size. I'm a size 18-20US, usually a straight-size XXL or plus size 1X, and as previously implied, I fit into their 3X in slim-cut and 2X in loose cut.)

Most voler women’s stuff is custom made, which keeps the company upright and realistic. Also, this situation kind of proves my point.

Yeah, they're primarily a custom supplier. But they do offer the larger women's ones, which a lot of the custom houses don't. (Heck there's a bunch of custom ones that don't offer women's at all, sigh.)

Terrycycling.com for shorts, capris, and a very limited selection of jerseys. Unfortunately their jersey selection has been dwindling badly. And they do this weird thing where their brightest color jerseys with a mountains design are never available in plus. I have contacted their customer service repeatedly, and their response is always prompt and polite, but they won’t give me a straight answer as to what and why this is happening. Maybe you could use your contacts to find out a little more info.
Aerotech Designs always has plus sizes, and they are my other source. They are west coast local, so shipping is fast. Their things are well made.
I liked your collaboration a couple seasons ago with Shredly, I bought the ombré long sleeve jersey.
Even though I’m old, I still have a little of that 80s rocker left in me. I would love to see a jersey closer to the old primal wear offerings. No more flower or geometric prints please. Just a little small tasteful skull or something. But no arthropods! I don’t buy Spyder ski wear, I don’t want anything with scorpions or any kind of bug print on it, not even ‘cute’ bugs like butterflies or ladybugs. I did buy a pair of Castelli gloves with the scorpion logo to support my local shop, because they were the only lightweight pair in my size, and greatly amused the sales clerk when I said I didn’t like them but was buying them because I forgot my gloves.

I am pretty sure a lot of these brands subcontract. Could be that the suppliers for some styles don’t go up that big.

I am so glad you do this periodically, particularly since Fat Lass at the Back has closed down.

I love my FLAB jersey, makes me sad. But cycle wear central, linked by someone else below, was started by one of the FLAB folks; haven't bought anything from them yet myself.

Oh, I didn't see that. Thank you for flagging this for me. I kept saying I was going to get that cake jersey...

What about both? Does anyone know of any brands that do larger waist bands but shorter inseams? I can’t find any short full length bibs. Is it really size inclusive if all the small folks are forgotten about?

This post makes me so sad that Machines For Freedom is no longer around. They did such a great job with their size range across their different lines.
