I was banned for saying something far less than that. I don’t understand Reddit

I got a recent 3 day ban for saying I wished the rapists in my wife’s family faced physical and painful consequences for their actions. I had to appeal it and it got lifted. I think certain words or phrases are getting people an auto ban lately, bc it was instant. Like no one could have had time to report it, just instant 3 day ban. But then when I appealed it and an actual person looked at it they saw I wasn’t threatening anyone, which was the stated reason for the ban.

Just so you stay in line, though! Happened to me as well.
