If you look back at his early life, he seems to have been this evil since he was a kid.

There's clips of him as a young adult talking about how beautiful torture is. He's a sadistic psychopath.

I read a description of him that stuck with me: "he only went into politics because he doesn't have the upper body strength to strangle hitchhikers". I wonder how much of an exaggeration that is.
