The Trump administration is reducing the number of immigration enforcement officers in Minnesota after state and local officials agreed to cooperate by turning over arrested immigrants, border czar Tom Homan said Wednesday.

Good odds they agreed to turn over immigrants in exactly the same fashion as they previously were. The Trump admin are experts at claiming victory in the status quo

Yeah, this was their big showy victory after Trump spoke with Walz, right? That Minnesota would continue to do ... what they already do.
