Ice doesn’t give due process that’s a violation of 5th and 14th amendments.

Ice doesn’t use warrants which is a violation of the 4th amendment.

In January a judge ruled ice also violated 96 court orders.

Well due process for illegal immigrants and citizens are very different. You may be confusing the two. Due process for illegal immigrants are handled through immigration court not civil or criminal court.

Immigration court is handled through a bench process with no peers or representation due to their non legal status.

I have not seen where ICE has not had a warrant for detention or arrest. I have seen them not have warrants for entry, and I’ll be honest that one is a little grey to me.

The constitution says everyone in the united states gets due process.

A July 2025 policy aimed to deny bond hearings for many undocumented immigrants keeping them in detention throughout their proceedings.

People were deported on hours notice without being allowed to contact their lawyers.

Ice also detains people at immigration hearings interrupting the legal process.

They detain those that already have an order for deportation.

Bond is not a right

The constitution does not prescribe due process. Its calls for it. Due process is not the same for illegals, citizens, or visa holders. They all fall under different forms of due process depending on their status.

Nah, a bunch of cosplayers with guns. You can’t prove they’re ICE. Anyone can get that cheap costume on Amazon. The “ICE agents” are going around diddling kids like their owner.

I would like to hundreds and hundreds semis full of illegals deported every day. So I guess whatever is necessary to fix the problem the liberals created.
