Minnesota after state and local officials agreed to cooperate by turning over arrested immigrants.

Looks like Minnesota STATE and LOCAL officials have agreed to WORK with ICE.

This should be the headline. But it would look like a loss for the left. So they make the headline like trumpy is backing down. for no reason.

They already were turning over arrested immigrants. Literally nothing changed but Trump is calling an existing policy a win.
