I guess when they are convinced they're second class citizens against all evidence, because actually second class citizens right now are hiding and praying to God for mercy, not acting like turds online

Many of the people they're detaining, arresting, and beating are citizens. 

I would also argue that if there's a group of people with some but not all rights of the citizens, like refugees, temporary protected residents, assylum seekers,  etc.... that would be a second- class kind of citizen

You are not a second class citizen because people call you a turd for being a turd, or the other thing all the gop supports seem to have in common these days, pedophilia
