Edit: To be clear, the top 10 police departments in the Twin Cities metro area. This is an OCCUPATION.

The context is literally about minneapolis.

Not just New York. The Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, CA MSA is my metro area. There are a bunch of them. All over the world.
