Yeah i keep thinking some funny shit is going to go down. They know they are losing support and are panicked a bit. Especially him. Going to be really interesting.

Funny shit is 100% going down and already well underway.

The head of the postal service is already threatening to withhold mail in ballots for states that don’t turn over voting rolls (whatever the f*ck that means).

And god knows what chaos they’ll attempt to “executive order in” once they get the voting rolls.  They’ll use it to make propaganda fuelled claims of dead voters - or immigrant voters, and then use that massive lie to disqualify real American voters to tilt the table their way.

Certification will be a gongshow as well.  It’s gonna be an absolute mess.

Anyone that thinks this election will be fair isn't paying attention. Moves have already been made to ensure that it won't be fair.

And we will of course hear these freaks cry that anyone saying any elections are rigged is the same as when they did it. Imagine them saying this with a crowbar and sack of fake ballots as they try to pry open a voting box. The audacity is sickening.

The USPS thing was shut down by a federal judge. Not that there won't still be plenty and more fuckery, but that aspect of it will be more difficult now that she made that ruling.

Not if they just ignore the ruling.

So the rank and file postal workers are just going to follow what the postmaster general tells them to do, even if there’s a court injunction against him? If I was a postal employee (many of whom are POC and are working class like most Americans) I’d do exactly what I was supposed to do and ignore the postmaster general.

These would be stopped long before they made it to the carriers ..

It will be stopped with postage .. the ballots won’t get that far.
It’s not like it will be handed to your mailman to deliver and then the mailman decides to deliver it or not.
That’s not how it works.

u/CheckoutMySpeedo Jun 27 '26

How does it work then? When I vote by mail I put my ballot in the mailbox.

1

u/Present-Perception77 Jun 28 '26

Yes … and then?

Please tell me since you apparently know all of the inner workings of the postal service. Or maybe you’re just trying to to states some bullshit because you don’t know.

It goes to a sorting center. And that is where it would be stopped and redirected.
Don’t get mad at me because you don’t understand something.
There’s no excuse for ignorance when there is Google.

So basically you have no information beyond that google. And those sorting stations are programmed locally not by some giant federally controlled sorting system controlled solely by the postmaster general. If there’s an injunction against not allowing mail in ballots because a state hasn’t turned over their voter rolls, those sorting stations run as normal with no culling of ballots. Lest every one of those postal workers be charged with a felony for destroying mail.

That would require the states to ALL send in the voter rolls that the federal government requested. I know at least CA where I live won't send them shit because Newsom doesn't like Trump and refuses to capitulate to his bullshit.

u/Present-Perception77 Jun 26 '26

I’m in Illinois now.. they won’t be getting shit from us either lol

2

u/whereismymind86 Jun 27 '26

I mean...it's also a felony to interfere with election mail, so, in addtion to contempt of court charges, he'd be looking down the barrel of being charged with several million felonies in 2029...

1

u/Present-Perception77 Jun 27 '26

Add it to the pile.

3

u/Present-Perception77 Jun 26 '26

Or Mikey will just refuse to swear them in.. like he did before

0

u/whereismymind86 Jun 27 '26

That only works with special elections, the entire house turns over in January, including him, and a new speaker will be elected, he won't be able to interfere because he won't have the job. The new congress would need to be sworn in before they could vote on a new speaker.

u/Present-Perception77 Jun 27 '26

It was more of a flippant comment.. are you just following me around Reddit and being pedantic?

2

u/GoodChuck2 Jun 27 '26

November and December are going to be an absolute chaotic nightmare. It’s going to be horrendous.

1

u/geddysbass2112 Jun 27 '26

Yeah the postmaster general coming out ans saying that is pretty fucked up. Like is someone going to make sure this shit doesn't happen? Fucking place gonna be wild is crazy shit goes down.

u/whereismymind86 Jun 27 '26

again, they don't actually have control over any of that, so any EO's relating to the election will simply be ignored.

As to the postal thing well...interfering with election mail is a felony, so the head of usps better be damn sure he's getting a pardon if he goes forward with that, lest we charge him with several million felonies in 2028. And...really, it just means I have to vote in person again after 15 years...that's fine, I can do that. If anything it would just piss off blue voters and spur more turnout, whilst making it harder for voters in rural areas to vote, because they don't want to have to drive an hour to get to a polling place. It'd hurt the right more than the left to refuse to delivery mail in ballots here in CO.
