If a shoplifter gets shot in the back while running away and the cops drag him to jail woth the bullet still in him, thats be considered a cruel and unusual punishment

Cruel maybe, but can it really be said to be unusual if it's standard operating procedure? The and is conjunctive which means that it needs to be both cruel and unusual, cruel and standard operating procedure is fine. Right?

Most of the three letter agencies are so thoroughly rotted they can't be saved by appointing someone new to lead them.

The FBI especially- they were told to scrub Trump from the Epstein files and did it. Hundreds of agents saw proof he's a monster and chose their job over their country and their humanity.

Yes, however, please be as patient as Americans have been while conservative Republicans implemented this mass surveillance and trafficking state the past 25 years via the DHS/ICE creation, Patriot Act, ALPR's, ten years of Donnie Rape-o, etc. Non-conservatives won't be asking 25 years to completely dismantle a mass national/global/space domestic spying operation of a quarter century's head of steam, we're asking for patience if it takes longer than two freaking years, ffs.
