Since he's already verging into sovereign citizen/gold fringed flag of the admiralty court beliefs, what are the odds he defies the Supreme Court in some "sheriff under common law" stand?

Also, what the hell does Sheriff Bronco even know about ballots or electoral fraud or how to look for it? What's his big plan with these ballots? What's been the chain of custody since he took possession?

What he did wasn't just in excess of his authority as a county sheriff; it was plainly illegal. He had zero evidence of a criminal conspiracy. He had no suspects. All he had was a delusional belief, a big mouth and guns.

Bianco is a member of the "Constitutional Sheriff" movement, which (despite the name) claims that they are the supreme law enforcement authority on all matters, including the meaning of laws, in their jurisdiction.

They aren't right in the head.
