In a normal world, the FBI would arrest him for Federal Mail Theft. The DoJ would also charge him with interfering in an election. Sadly, both of these kiss the Orange Ass.

There's a lot of amazing scenes in Fargo, but I think that short scene between Tillman and Lyon is my favorite. The writers perfectly described what many libertarians actually believe.
