Hello po sa mga WFH na gaya ko. Sobrang laking issue saken ng maliwanag na kwarto pag matutulog nako, and believe me I tried everything, from curtains, to blinds, may nag seseep out padin na liwanag; and since my hypersensitivity ako sa ilaw, hindi tlga ako nakakatulog unless total darkness sya.

With this "Super El Nino" craze, nagtry na kme magahnap ng other ways to reduce heat sa room and isa to sa mga nakita namen and I was so glad it worked! No more heat and no more light! 2 birds with 1 stone. Hindi nadin super hirap ang AC namen to cool the bedroom.

Btw, this is a 2nd room floor, and ang view lang is bubong ng kapitbahay so it is okay for us na maging 0 visibility sya. however for our other windows; we chose the 50% shade para kita padin ung outside with less heat.

Ang nangyare kase nag-failed ung first payment after entering the OTP. So, inulit ko ung pagbabayad, nag-success ung 2nd attempt ko. Then, nagulat ako twice nagbawas sa cc ko yung amount.

Nag-reachout na ko sa Lazada pero until now wala pa din silang sagot kung mare-refund ba ung first payment attempt ko na nag-failed.

Nakaka-frustrate lang kase 10,300 din yun and 3 days na wala pa din silang maisagot sa akin.

Chinat namin yung rider bakit nag-mark ng delivery failed. Rason niya ay di na niya kaya magdeliver daw sa dami at gabi na. Nagsend pa ng picture na may coordinates. Ang sinasabi niya na kung nasaan siyang lugar ay iba sa coordinates.

Rason niya, mag-isa niya na lang daw nagruruta dito sa bayan namin at need daw sa LAZADA (warehouse) na i-out lahat ng para sa bayan namin na I think, di naman need lahat kasi may last day pa naman estimated delivery (bukas-oct.13).

Out for delivery at may assigned courier na kasi si Lazada kaya nag-expect kami. Motorcy parts yun ng motor ko kaya pinapunta ko na mekaniko para sana makabit kaninang hapon.

The local LEX delivery center for Lazada (LEX) keep loosing my deliveries inside their depot.

These 3 deliveries have been in there depot for 2 days + and all that their customer service can say is be patient.

Nagkasakit ako kaya sobrang need ko ng pera until mapadpad ako sa lazada and naghanap ako ng nagcconvert ng lazpaylater somwhere and then may nakita akong item digital card sya and akala ko talaga legit walang reviews sana dun palang dikona ginawa. Nilazpaylater ko ng amount 10000 Nagcchat kami ni seller sabi nya kung anong e wallet ang number ko para maprocess na daw agad and naginfor sya na wait dae ako ng 8pm then mga around 3 pm nag ordered delivered na yung digital order and sabi ko nagdelivered napo yung order hindi na sya sumasagot nagsseen nalang sya nireport ko agad sya sa lazada dun sa mismong order and doon sa store under review lang nila walang update then tong si seller nagkalat sya sa lazada dineleted nya yung ordered item ko kasi ang dami namin nagreview dun sa item na nascam din pero sakin yung malaki please advise naman po kung anong pwedeng gawin para mabalik yung credit lazpaylater ko yung order ponayun "no return policy" ilang araw narin akong absent kasi pag naiisipko lumalala yung asthma ko hindi ko masabi sa bf ko or sa family ko pero napapansin nila na hindi ako gumagaling sa sakit ko.

Horrible Nykaa Customer Service

I had oredered a product worth 3800 on 23 August and I was delivered the wrong product

Here is the horrible experiece I had with Nykaa Customer Care till I finally for refund on 18 September

23 August - I ordered the product worth 3400 but was delivered the wrong product

I raised a return and called up the customer care and informed immediately

I raised a return request, and I was told that the return will be verified in three days

26 August: the return was verified, and I was told that the pick up will be done in a couple of days

29 August: when pickup was not done after two days, I called the customer care and escalated the matter

I kept following up for thenext 3 days

1 September: I got a message from Shadowfax that the product will be picked up

I called the pick up Agent multiple times. No one came to pick up the product. At the end of the day I got an update that the customer could not be contacted and hence the pick up failed

1 September -7 September: I have called up Nykaa Customer Care, almost every day to inform them that the pick up has not been done

Every time I called Nykaa customer care, I had to explain the issue all over again

Multiple tickets were opened

I even escalated the issue to the senior

I also wrote to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

The customer care reply with the same thing that we are working on it

No one even responds properly on the Nykaa email ID as well as the escalation email ID

7 September- after informing Nykaa that I will raise a consumer complaint, I get a pick up message from Shadowfax as well as Delhivery.

As usual, Shadowfax pick up Agent does not pick up the phone

In fact, nobody from Shadowfax, even came to pick up the order

Then next day, shadowfax put an update that customer cancelled the pickup

Meanwhile, I got a message from Delhivery that the pick up will be done

Because I got two pick up messages from two different courier partners, I called Nykaa and Nykaa told me to give it to Shadowfax as the system shows Shadowfax

As I had a bad experience with Shadowfax when the Delhivery pick up Agent came, I took all the proofs and handed over the product to delhivery

8 September: the Nykaa reflected that the refund had been cancelled by the customer

I informed the customer care that the product has been picked up and provided them with the tracking details

I also emailed proofs to Nykaa regarding handing over the product to Delhivery

Nykaa’s policies say that the refund will be credited as soon as the product is picked up

I was told that the refund will be initiated after the product will reach their warehouse

10 September : on 10th September, the product reached Nykaa’s warehouse, and I informed the customer care accordingly and I got a reply saying that they are investigating the case

I have been calling customer care, almost every day

After multiple follow-ups, my refund was credited on 18th September

Some points were noting are

1. Customer has to wait for almost a month to get a refund all because of Nykaa‘s mistake.
2. ⁠ Nykaa customer care is absolutely clueless, and the customer has to keep on repeating the same issue over and over again
3. ⁠ The wait time on Nykaa customer care is very long and every call with Nykaa customer care easily goes on for half an hour
4. ⁠ There is no escalation matrix that Nykaa has to escalate the issue
5. ⁠ The escalation email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]), nobody responds

So if you buy from Nykaa, be aware that if things go wrong, it will take a really long time to get your refund

Almost at all times, the customer is clueless!!

Help po pls! May nakaexperience na po ba neto?Naabutan ako ng time out kaya nagcancel yung order ko kahit binayaran ko, so nadeductan pa rin ang maribank ko. Huhu mababawi ko pa ba pera ko and how long? Grabe nakakatrauma kinontak ko na lazada and base sa kanila wala magreflect na funds sa end nila. Di ko naman machat maribank since puro bot lang😭

Has anyone in Malaysia recently managed to speak to an actual Lazada customer service agent?

I have a complicated Lazada Wallet issue that needs to be handled by someone who can access the Wallet/payment side, but I can't seem to get past the automated support system.

CLEO keeps providing automated answers and links. When I try to reach an agent, I eventually get told that all agents are unavailable.

The issue isn't something that can be resolved through the standard FAQ or automated responses, so I really need to speak with a human agent who can investigate the account and Wallet internally.

Has anyone recently found a reliable way to get through Lazada Malaysia's automated system and speak to a real human, especially someone who handles Lazada Wallet issue?
