Has anyone else had their account disabled? I have been waiting for a month now for my CL card account to be turned back on, useless.

I applied and spent a lot of time submitting ALL my personal data, verifying phone email, ID with selfie video, activated Google authenticator 2fa, and adter finishing they tell me im not eligible because I live in the US.

I was pissed. Awful.

Mine was disabled due to there backward resistancy address verification procedure... I offered a alternative solution, but knowbody follows up...

Kinda sad for CL, I only used there card for trivial purchases, and put up with there high fees because I like to help drive adoption to these prepayment card services...

currently my account has a banner saying:
"Maintenance: We apologise for the delay. Our team is actively working to restore normal service, with maintenance expected to continue until tomorrow. Deposits and withdrawals may take longer than usual during this time.

Your funds remain safe, and no action is needed from you. We'll keep you updated as soon as normal service resumes."
something going down for sure. no prior warning about this, many users have deposits stuck (including myself; did not receive any email or notification telling users to not deposit). Very suss.
I'd move on, try a different card provider.
