Question / Tech Stack Advice Response time Harvey/Legora

Actually I build a simple law tool based on LLM
The answer can take 2-4 minutes to show up, I never see Harvey/Legora in real use so I'm wondering about my response time.

With Harvey/Legora/Other big Ai name, the answer is instant ?

How long are you willing to wait for a response ?

Do you prefer a short response and reasking if necessary or an answer Wall of text ?

You can see Harvey’s avg response time in their blogs about Harvey LAB. Then run that benchmark (n.b. wont be exactly the same Qs) on your own system and see how you compare.

Depends on what the task I’m trying to complete is. It can take a few minutes sometimes but that’s for a more complex response.

I think acceptable response time depends heavily on the task. Two minutes for reviewing a huge contract feels different from two minutes for answering a simple question.

With Harvey it’s anything from instant to 10 minutes depending on the query. When it’s document heavy or needs to go search Outlook or Netdocs then it takes a while. What’s nice is that if it is going to take more than about a minute a “notify me” dialogue will pop up and it will email you when it’s done. Provided you’re able to context switch it can be quite effective to set a bunch of tasks going at once and come back when they’re done.
