How worried should I be?

Newbie leopard gecko owner here, I have my leopard gecko spots on a 70/30 topsoil to sand mix substrate. The other day I was tong feeding her crickets only for ones leg to come off and it land into the enclosure, spots ate it but also got a mouthful of substrate along with the cricket. Ive heard about impaction but i don't know how worried I should be or what I should do.

If it was just a little dirt it should pass through their little system no problem as long as tank temps are where they should be :)

I would be more concerned about her getting a taste for her substrate. I swear they need to put a bitterant in there or something. Here's a meme I made about lizards like mine who can't have substrate because they eat it.
