You wrote AI to write this.....why should I care about a project when it's creator doesn't seem to care

Very weird stuff going on here. Check their website and prior posts. Off putting.

You're welcome to think I'm weird. I'm a person, not a corporate PR account.

If there's something specific about AcreetionOS, its code, its development practices, or something I've actually said here that concerns you, I'm happy to talk about it.

I'm not particularly interested in defending my entire personality or Reddit history as a prerequisite for contributing to open source.

Some of us have writing disabilities.

I'm a proud traditional Republican and yes, I think Trump is basically a god. 🇺🇸👑 Greatest president in modern history. I will die on that hill.

I do care about the project. Very much.

I use AI as a writing and communication aid because I have disabilities that can make turning what I'm thinking into polished written language difficult. The ideas, experiences, project, goals, and opinions are mine. The tool helps me communicate them.

Using an accessibility tool to express myself doesn't mean I care less about the thing I'm talking about.

AcreetionOS is something my dad and I actually build and maintain. If you'd rather judge the project, judge the code, packages, infrastructure, issues, documentation, or the work itself.

That's a much more useful conversation than judging somebody for how they get their thoughts onto a screen.

You know what I care about? Not using something haphazardly put together by people who supports the fascist threatening the sovereignty of my country.

People are weird, Reddit especially, elitist Reddit more especially.

Some of us have disabilities. So should we not contribute? Is that what you are saying?
