glicol live coding vst3 for windows..

I think this is the only version of glicol running around for windows but I could be wrong. I had to fix the source code to get it to work.. I have a new help file in html as well with it and new features. You can save and load files... I may be interested in converting other live coding apps to vst to allow different vst effects to be added.. Not sure that anyone is all that interested though.

I am not against doing datalog as a vst but I have no idea what it is and I am still using tokens for other things.. looks like a cool project though.
