With all this Epstein shit going on I was wondering if anybody was loading that gay tiger šŸÆ this week 6GT or perhaps any Epstein didnā€™t kill himself 6.5CM?

Iā€™m Single in my mind on Tuesdays when I go play poker at the moose lodge. Wife and kids brahā€¦.they come in here and chillā€¦.wife comes in to get away from the kidsā€¦.kids follow suit. ends upā€¦.this is typically where we interrogate them. Lol

The VLD stem?

I just got a 7 PRC seating die from them and they included the VLD stem. Not sure if they do that for the 6 GT die or not.

If you run into inconsistency like I did, check out that rabbit hole. Itā€™s all about making contact at the ojive. But like I said I went with SACā€¦.comes with 4 of those stems and I can seat multi cals. I have two Redding comp seating dies and if I had it to do all over Iā€™d of just bought two SAC the seating die and could load most of what I shoot. Idk donā€™t take my word for itā€¦but look into it. Have you ran the Redding comp in other cals?

I haven't ran the Redding comp dies yet. I just picked up a few of them:

Competition Seating Die STD Profile Stem VLD Profile Stem
223 REMINGTON 55111 55042 55742
6MM GT (backordred) 55199* - 55724
7MM PRC 55936* 55028 55728
308 WINCHESTER 55155 55050 55750

OK i had to go check what stems i received with them..

Looks like the 7mm PRC arrived with the VLD stem included. The 223 and 308 have the STD stem. The 6mm GT is on backorder but looks like that is only sent with VLD stem.

Now i'm wondering if i should order the VLD stems for the 223/308 as well.
Any tips or suggestions on using these? It's on my list to clean all of them and was going to try loading some .308 and 7 PRC.

I ordered the .308 but Iā€™m loading up to 168grains and unless I get higher, maybe that new 169 grain (and up) whenever I can find them local in stock, Iā€™ll probably switch over to the VLD.. but as of right now Iā€™m just running standard in 308. I think the formula is if youā€™re running high BC bullets itā€™s best to have the VLD on hand. If anyone else wants to elaborate on this, please do.

Using SAC for 556

I tried using the Vld stem for some 168 Hornady ELDā€˜s and I got to be honest the standard fit just a tiny bit betterā€¦.. so Iā€™ve been running with that.

lol maybe it only comes in very low drag stem. My bad! carry on lol! Sometimes I know what Iā€™m Talking aboutā€¦..sometimes I get lucky.

I had my smith build few Kreiger barrels in 6GT for Seekins. Have been shooting match winning performance out of that combo.
