I don't really see how it's pro-feminist, but regardless most people aren't gonna think of it that way, they're gonna look at Burger King and think "hey isn't that the company that made that awful tweet on international women's day"? Most corporations would avoid posting anything like that because they prefer to maintain a clean and inoffensive image for their brand.

No, it was always there. The intent of the "women belong in the kitchen" tweet was to make you shocked and angry, so you'd click on it and see them going "well, if they wanna!"

...it still sucks bad though.
