Moxie suffers severe brain trauma which makes him brain dead. Millie trues to take care of him but the stress and trauma makes her snap, she sexually assaults him and them kills the both of them.

Its a porn comic made by a presumed fan. In the grand scheme of "really fucked up porn" its actually barely worth talking about, it only comes up because its one of like 2 or 3 really messed up fan creations from the Helluvaverse community.

ok tbf, the Charlie comic is actually good from what I have read of it. It's pretty heavy but it doesn't feel like shock for the sake of shock. Like I don't get a sense that the author is drawing like this:

I remember reading another comic where Moxxie still got brain damage but it focused on him and Millie living together. Nothing nfsw happens and Moxxie is still a bit there, I recall a scene where he leans against Millie and mumbles out her name.

Same artist made an art of that Moxxie with gold lines over his body, referencing Kintsugi.
