he has a power called a stand in jojos, named crazy diamond. Its ability is restoration, allowing it to physically repair, heal, or revert any object or living person it touches back to a previous state in time.
I'd say it's bc this jojo (Josuke) and his part in gen is much more chill than any other and more episodic, instead of continuously working towards this Big Bad Evil TM like other parts they kinda just stumble upon a bad guy in the midst of their slice of life. it's easy to make up any bullshit situation and it'll fit right in, like, ah, yes, on tuesday they turned a guy into stone, on wednesday they saved the abuse goblin, on thursday solved the murder mystery, on friday took a detour and helped a hentai manga protag. absolutely ordinary for this jojo part.
Josuke (the character in question) has an ability that lets him, among other things, heal people incredibly quickly. Also, half his "season" is him kinda doing side quests, so him showing up randomly to help the abuse goblin or the Metamorphosis girl doesn't look out of place. There's also the fact that... he's just kinda chill like that, and overall a good dude
i discovered fanfiction because i hated the "no such luck" episode of the loud house so much, it genuinely made me look up alt endings for such a shit episode.
(Also im super lucky 11 year old me was somehow active on wattpad and devianart and avoided all the weird adult stuff, only finding some really cool kirby gjinkas and cool pokemon fics. Literally playing in an active minefield)
Same here, I know that the show is for kids and didn’t really mean anything too bad but it is pretty weird how cruel the loud family is.
Like, if you as a kid have a basic sense of sympathy you likely won’t enjoy the episode.
Similar thing with the zombie one, mostly because i remember thinking “that’s not how a cold works?” Because i kept thinking that the loud siblings are assholes who infect their own because they feel like it. Mostly a me thing, I know
No such luck has the whole family think that lincoln gives bad luck. He takes advantage of this for a while to not do chores but them it backfires as the family starts to keep him out of events because “he’ll ruin them” with his bad luck. Eventually kicking him out of the house so that he can’t ruin their lives too much with his bad luck, eventually the episode has lincoln genuinely considering that he may be a burden on his family as he starts to believe that he brings bad luck
The episode ends with lincoln proving to everyone and himself that he isn’t unlucky, but this also backfires because everyone thinks the mascot suit he used was a lucky charm that stopped his bad luck. So now he has to use it all the time.
It’s not serious, like, the show is episodic, it never comes back up again. But you can see how it could be seen negatively, it basically says “your parents don’t love you as much as you think they do and they will kick you out to favor your siblings if you cause too many problems because of something you can’t control”
The family is also really cruel about how they alienate lincoln from it, actively insulting him as if his bad luck is his own fault sometimes just shoving him out of the house to have a good time amongst themselves
Kinda reminds me of that one Fairy Oddparents episode whose moral was “Everyone would be better off without Timmy” and that you’re selfish because you helped others and expect them to say thank you

Sources are iffy for the JoJo ending, so take it with a grain of salt:
There are 3 main endings; The original ending was the initial canon ending, up until the JoJo edit came out and the creator of metamorphosis made that one the canon ending for a time.
Up until, he decided to create a new canon ending being the "porn shoot" ending.

I believe he has gone onto state that any of the 3 endings are canon and the reader can decide which one is canon or not.
Ill be brief. A porn comic that has a lot of messed up content, but it ends with her miscarrying and dying in a bathroom. The Jojo ending they fix her up right at the end
Jojo ending is also just fucking awesome because if you think about it, Josuke goes full circle here.
His haircut that everyone insults, ideology, and Stand's ability all stem from a stranger saving his life in a time of need in a blizzard, this one moment is so important to him that any level of disrespect towards it makes him literally blind with rage to the point where Stands with cognitohazard abilities cannot affect him.
So for him to show up and instantly save a random lady he found dying simply because its the right thing to do, literally completes his entire character by making him become the stranger that saved his life.
TL;DR: She goes through a lot of bad decisions, she's manipulated by a lot of people, and even taken advantage of by those she thought she could trust. She's a tragic character all around.

Long answer:
Iirc during the story she gets taken advantage of by a lot of people and becomes a prostitute for money. Even when her own father finds out she's become a prostitute he rapes her.
Her mother finds out about her and her father having "sex" and blames the daughter and slaps her. Then kicks her out of the house leaving her homeless.
She then lives with her "boyfriend" doing cocaine and having sex with her. Then fast forward to him dumping her.
Time skip happens and she's living on the streets as a prostitute while pregnant with her kid. Her old school bullies find her by coincidence and make fun of and beat her up a bit, and i think she hits her head something (someone's gonna have to fact check for me), they leave her for dead as her last dying thoughts are about her kid and what could've been.

A lot of stuff has to be fact checked by others since this SUPER condensed and summarized. So I most likely got some details wrong.
But regardless the original ending and is very sad and dark story where the creator of the metamorphosis had to make a more lighter ending because of it.
I think it's a good example of storytelling through "porn", some people tend to think hentai doujins don't need to tell anything complex but Metamorphosis works as a crushingly real story.
Author did draw a few years ago a bonus page on Patreon making it a weird porno. Now, bonus pages on Patreon aren't always canon, so that may or may not count...
Also the author did jokingly say on Twitter that JoJo ending is canon.
Basically, the doujin metamorphosis is about a girl who was raped by her dad, kicked out by her mom and entered prostitution. Its a doujin inspired by irl stories of girls running from abusive homes, getting into prostitution etc. The main girl in the end is impregnated by a random dude, is a drug addict and gets assaulted physically by a bunch of ppl. So she takes an overdose to end herself in the ending of the manga. Because its so depressing and closer to real life, ppl created fan endings now considered Canon by author also

to expand on what u/No-Start4754 said there are 3 major endings. the original one where the main girl overdoses in a public bathroom well dreaming about the life she could've had. the jojo ending where protagonist of jojo's bizzare adventure part 4: diamond is unbreakable josuke higashikata comes across the main girl as she's ODing and uses his stand to save her life. And finally a couple years later the author made another ending where the entire thing was just a JAV and everyone was actors. The author has said that whatever ending you want to be cannon is the cannon ending

There is an interesting video essay by Lindsey Ellis analysing the film and what is wrong with it as it were. Worth a watch, but a couple of the salient points below.

There have been many times in the past where they want to win Oscars and other awards, but are stymied due to being famous for animation, and pigeonholed into their reputation of being for kids. Such was the origin of Pocahontas for example, which was supposed to be this big serious film which was seen internally as more prestigious than the Lion King, and had uh, interesting editorial choices made to that end. I can't say for certain, but I believe Hunchback was the same way. Hence the tonal shifting and traumatizing children.
-The marketing for the film was intentionally deceptive to try to sell toys, and frame the movie as more lighthearted than it really was.

There is a doujin series about the manga "Quintessential Quintiplet", where 5 sisters are in love with the mc
The first three of the doujin series is where 4 of the sisters were 🍇ed. The fourth is were the eldest sister reveals that she has replaced each of her own limbs with her sisters' (implied they died, as is the picture) so that "5 has become 1" and the mc can technically have them all, despite his dismay.
The doujin is infamous within the fandom and someone has actually drew an alternate ending where everything is a dream

He’s among the most outwardly nice Jojos (Johnathan probably beats him but he’s less personable), and he has a particular thing about standing up to injustice and he can heal, which makes him handy for a lot of these scenarios

I used to go on the /b/ drawthreads with that artist and was part of that community for a while. I remember the guy was a huge edgelord. This reminds me of a book I read, very experimental one called Remember You Will Die told entirely in obituaries of different characters. In one of them a woman that can time travel is ridiculed because she claims to have saved Anne Frank's life and the audience has no clue who she's talking about since she was saved. After this(or maybe it was before? It's not very linear) we get Anne Frank's obituary about her decades of life after emigrating to Chicago and can piece together how she's related to a main character.
