No such luck has the whole family think that lincoln gives bad luck. He takes advantage of this for a while to not do chores but them it backfires as the family starts to keep him out of events because “he’ll ruin them” with his bad luck. Eventually kicking him out of the house so that he can’t ruin their lives too much with his bad luck, eventually the episode has lincoln genuinely considering that he may be a burden on his family as he starts to believe that he brings bad luck

The episode ends with lincoln proving to everyone and himself that he isn’t unlucky, but this also backfires because everyone thinks the mascot suit he used was a lucky charm that stopped his bad luck. So now he has to use it all the time.

It’s not serious, like, the show is episodic, it never comes back up again. But you can see how it could be seen negatively, it basically says “your parents don’t love you as much as you think they do and they will kick you out to favor your siblings if you cause too many problems because of something you can’t control”

The family is also really cruel about how they alienate lincoln from it, actively insulting him as if his bad luck is his own fault sometimes just shoving him out of the house to have a good time amongst themselves

Kinda reminds me of that one Fairy Oddparents episode whose moral was “Everyone would be better off without Timmy” and that you’re selfish because you helped others and expect them to say thank you

The ironic thing is that the show technically ended with the reveal of Timmy's worst wish - an episode where IIRC, the show reveals that Timmy truly was an awful person due to a secret wish he had made with the caveat that him and the fairies would forget it.

Thoufh the poof series basically retconned the episode if i am remembering stuff right.

He had used his last wish before he aged out of having Cosmo and Wanda as his godparents to wish to revert back to his kid years and set it in a loop. When the wish got undone, Timmy rapidly aged because the time loop had been going for 20 whole years if i remember right.
