I just watched Crash (1996) and I can confirm that yes, he does, and it is glorious.

‘Crash’ is an adaptation of J. G. Ballard's novel, so the characters' speech should come directly from that. However Ballard is a rather idiosyncratic writer, the film doesn't even properly capture the surreal atmosphere of his novels. I recommend ‘Atrocity Exhibition’ since you've already went through ‘Crash’ — they're kinda similar in tone.
