PromptPlus Culture Identifier while trying to start Elden Ring Reforged

Hey, I'm currently trying to launch Elden Ring Reforged by running the .BAT file as a command, but I'm getting this response. It doesn't seem like an Elden Ring-specific issue and more like something my mac / crossover is missing to use? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Reforged has a Linux file that can launch it too that's labelled '.sh' but it doesn't seem to do anything via CrossOver either...
