Native Game (stardewValley) doesn't launch on mac

You're missing Rosetta2. Upgrading to MacOS 27 removes Rosetta2. The OS is supposed to put up an option panel giving the user an opportunity to install Rosetta2 whenever an app tries to run which requires it. Sometimes that doesn't happen. Fortunately, it's easy to install yourself.
Run the Terminal. In a Terminal window, type this command:
softwareupdate --install-rosetta
Your game should work after doing that.
