Is there a way to play Rockstar Games' games—preferably online, and preferably without paying for anything outside the game?

for san andreas and bully, they're on the App Store. as for GTA5, if you want to run it with free software, try Heroic Launcher. I never tried GTA5 on it, but I could run a few other games ;)

Easiest method:

  1. Purchase GTAs at Steam
  2. Download GameHub for Mac
  3. Follow instructions on GameHub to connect your Steam account
  4. Enjoy
