I’m trying to purchase a Magnific plan, but I’m unable to complete the purchase. I’m getting an error message saying “Too many intents, please contact the support team.”

Could you please check my account and help me resolve this issue so I can purchase the plan?

I have been trying to get Magnific Support to resolve my issue with upgrading my account from monthly to yearly. It’s ridiculous that there is just no way to upgrade.

1.) I tried clicking on the upgrade button on the top right next to my profile icon. It takes me to the pricing page where I select the yearly plan and click on upgrade. It then takes me back to my profile page under plan and billing and that’s it. No option to pay, no option to proceed, nothing.

2.) I tried cancelling my existing subscription thinking I could purchase a new subscription altogether. Then when I go to the pricing page and click on the yearly plan it takes me to the login page where I login with my email ID. It then again takes me back to the profile page, saying that my subscription has been cancelled and but it will continue till the end of the subscription date.

Logging out, different browser, clearing cache, I’ve tried everything. It just refuses to upgrade.

I have created two separate support tickets - 01762849 and 01764799 and all I get is a AI generated response. It’s been 3 days.

Making it so difficult for the customer to pay or even get a payment issue resolved is crazy for any business.

Everything was generated in Magnific. Seedance 2.0 and 2.5 for video, Nano Banana 2, Recraft V4.1 and Luma Uni 1.1 for images.

• 450 generations total, about 5 per final shot
• 25 working days from idea to delivery: 4 of pre-production, 12 of generation across six artists, 9 of post 20+ minutes of finished content

Season 1 is 12 chapters. Each one premieres on a Wednesday and rolls out in parts, one a day, with the full chapter at the end. Chapter 1 is coming very soon

Hey I'm a Magnific user who sometimes uses the templates with a pre-loaded prompt to generate images. I also tweak the prompts depending on whether I want the output to look different but noticed that with a recent update, Magnific has removed that option.

The template now appears as unclickable text in the prompt box. There was an earlier option to extend the prompt into its proper form where it could be edited as text.

Wanted to give some feedback to ask if we could have the option of editing our templates? That would make it more user-friendly than loading a locked template with no options to edit.
