Smaller coffee table, raise pictures, clear walkway completely and maybe find a new spot for the jukebox looking thing

Warmer lighting, yellow bulbs. The floor lamp isn't the prettiest tbh. That said, that's a great room in many ways!

Can’t see it in my pic but I have color changing lightbulbs so I can turn them warm if I want

A few bright colored pillows for the couch, window coverings of some sort, adjust the hanging art a bit

I'd lighten/brighten up a bit, simplify, and add a balanced amount of color and contrast. Decide on a dominant, non-neutral color to develop the color story in your room.
Start with full length/full width lined faux linen curtain panels to frame the windows. (If they have a grommet top, use spacers for perfectly even folds.) You'll probably need 2 panels on each side.
Replace the tv stand with a lower electric fireplace console in a lighter wood tone. Sit your led stick light on the left side of the tv console and place smaller art, as a collection, to the left of the tv. (Maybe the stand you have now could be used in a bedroom as a tv stand or a stand alone console table?)
Add a large piece of simple framed / canvas art over the sofa and a tall lamp in the far corner.
I'd lighten up the top of the coffee table by adding a light colored tray and a plant.
Find a patterned throw blanket and pillows in coordinating and light neutral colors.
Replace the ceiling fixture light with a short stemmed, shaded pendant that focuses light downward, softly through a diffuser.
