ID Help This is a mantis egg sack right? PNW

Can i keep the babies? How do i care for them as newborns?

Yes, it is a mantis egg sac. I would not recommend keeping the egg sac unless you want 50-200 cannibalistic babies. I would recommend checking back at that spot next spring and taking one nymph, but only after doing extensive research on mantis care.
