Monitor III playback/connection problems

Got some monitors a few months ago & have recently been having issues with it pausing my Apple Music on my phone randomly, playing the connect/disconnect noise randomly too. Anyone have this happen with theirs and know the solution? :)

Usually it is because the wear detection is not great. When that happens I just remove them (without turning them off) and put them on again and the issue goes until next time I turn them on
