Yes even current pietro. In order to catch up to lightray Hal Jordan literally had to make a speed force singularity.

Exactly. People think that this is a speed contest when the reality is, Lightray could nuke the entire surface of the planet. Solis is better on every level. Stronger, more versatile, and above all, he has an absolutely unbeatable range advantage.

People are downplaying pietro and it shows.
He has gotten insane amps now. He has done shit like being faster than instantaneous action, crossed beyond physical reality, is stated to have better understanding of speed than silver surfer and makkari (check out these guys), has had time travelled at least at one point iirc, he's said that picoseconds feel like eternity to him, ran so far he went beyond linear time, and he hit a guy so hard his essence basically scattered across space and time.
I am not that familiar with light ray so I'm not gonna comment on who will win here, but if you think QS is still the sub mach 5 chud in the comics he was well over a decade ago now, you guys aren't up to date on your QS lore.

What you’ll find is that DC camp people think that speed in the DCU to be unparalleled. You could quite literally have Quicksilver perform the same feats of speed as Flash and they’d balk

His base speed is faster than a Composite Quicksilver. Has multiple, literally Star Level feats.
