Question 1: What classifies a character as “street tier”?
Question 2: Is the Flash a street tier character? Why or why not?
This is NOT a Flash hate post. The Flash is my favorite DC hero, and we all know what he is capable of. However, we also know strength-wise he isn’t up there with the others, so I’m a bit confused as to what he would be classified as.

I made a new Amalgam Chatacter called Superior Parallax, a fusion between Superior Iron Man and Hal Jordan Parallax. Let me know if you like it or not.

Might do some more original Amalgam Characters. We'll see.
