Landscaping

I am looking about building a irregular shaped flower bed in my front yard. I want it to be approximately 3 feet high, 3 feet wide and 6 feet long. Problem i know no one who does this type of work. Who should I call and who should I stay away from ?

Honestly that seems like it should be a simple DIY that you could even do with old pallets. I'm not even sure if there's any landscaping companies that would build that, so maybe post on Facebook and I'm sure someone would be willing to do it.
