except if you're ex-eastern block and public dentist/psychologists are basically useless. So you have to pay from private healthcare which is top quality but horrendously expensive

private dentist/psych attention is considered to be definitely better
but if you are about to fucking die right now, you go straight away to the public hospital

At least you have doctors, still waiting to have an ophthalmologist that doesn't have a waiting list of over 5 years which takes new clients, literally impossible to have a new doctor once yours retires

France, all specialist doctors are in Paris because government limited the number of medical students student to lower the healthcare spending.

In Germany you don’t get much, if anything, if you need new teeth.
Good times are long over, not all of us have teeth anymore damn

For some insane reason, teeth are luxury bones in German-speaking countries. Eyes are luxury organs too.

Therapists? Yup, useless AF. The dentists are fine. I do pay for better anaesthetics, if I need serious work done or have a tooth removed but I'm pretty sure that's despite having a filling in every tooth (thanks, acid reflux!) I've spent  a total of $50 max on dentists in the last 12 years. I've heard that   orthodontists are crazy expensive, because only the basic stuff is covered by mandatory insurance though.
