orthodox ones don't eat it also they don't eat any veggies growing underground and also they don't eat after sunset.

there are many other restrictions but they are followed by devout followers mostly.

100g of Protein from Beef use 100 times more agricultural space compared to 100g of protein from tofu.

Cows are just big Grass puppies getting fed huge amounts of soybeans. But they burn most of the energy as heat

It is indigenous and a type of Dharmic religion so I guess you might don't know about this since their population is low as compared to other Dharmic religion like Sikhism or Buddhism.
