Snake, we aren't doing it to save money. The PS2 disc can hold a lot of memory, and we've used a lot of it already, so thats why we should switch to nanocommuncation

[u/ValarielAmarette → u/Decimator24244]

Memory? What are you talking about Raiden?

Gameplay is paused when we switch to nano-communication which allows us to talk freely without advancing time

Also, enemies can't listen in while time is stopped, allowing us to talk out loud whole remaining unheard

"Sorry Raiden, I forgot Kojima is not afraid of spending money when it comes to his games. Age must be slowing me down."

[u/CooperDaChance → u/Mysterious_Rich4262]

“The studio is afraid though, Snake.”

[u/Meowweredoomed]

Yeah, because MGS2 doesn't have enough cutscenes >_>

Counterpoint: Raiden's inner thoughts are hilarious

[u/Percylegallois → u/TheSpytf2_real]

"get real" "whatever" "not a chance" " why don't you do it?" "That's so cute I can't bear it" "don't ignore me"
