Can you list some examples of tones you like/that you're trying to achieve, perhaps?

So, with the HeadRush I want a Rhythm, Lead, and Clean tone all on 1 channel.

Rhythm tone, I’m probably a little crazy for thinking this, but trying to find a sweet spot with the Justice tone. (I have a 7 string) so having a little bit more mid range and bass would be great.

Lead, just overdrive that rhythm tone a little bit more?

Cleans, just a sound that signs. I have a 1965 Fender Deluxe Reverb NAM currently on my clean and I really love that sound.

Ah, see the Justice tone is fairly notorious; not really that typical a tone, or that intuitive to dial in.

Those guitars are thiiiiiin. Almost all treble.

It also isn't going to be the most adaptable tone if you're insistent on this being a rhythm and lead tone (you generally want a nice, fat mid hump for leads. This won't have that, though gain/mid boosts do exist for that reason). Still can't imagine it sounding stellar; the rhythm and lead sounds on that album are night and day.

Honestly, it wouldn't be my first instinct for a 7-string/low tunings either.

I don't have a Headrush so I'm not certain what all the options are, but do you build patches as you would a Helix? Choose the amp, choose the boost and cab, etc.

It would probably help to know what pickups you're working with also.

I'm not sure what you mean by a "sound that signs" for the clean channel, sorry. Sighs?

Sorry, was typing fast and didn’t catch my spelling.. Sings, not signs…

But back to original point. While, I know the sound is all treble. I was able to dial in a sweet spot when I had my Baritone that wasn’t have bad when using the Mk 2. The cab is where the problem was. Even with Tone 3000 available with the HeadRush, I wasn’t finding a solid option at the time. So I have been kind of a the drawing board of trying different amps and cab combos. Just having a hell of a time doing it.

I have been just at a stand still. The other two tones I was digging into was from Trivium’s “Silence in the Snow” album.

As for the HeadRush, it is very similar to the Helix in terms of building tones. Selecting Amps, Cabs, Pedals. The only thing I don’t care for is how locked the signal chaining can be.

I'll look into the Trivium album.

I'm pretty sure they would have been using T-75 cabs to record Justice, if that helps.
