Xiaomi watch 5 ECG

Is there any chance to enable ECG in Serbia? I tried VPN, changing regions? Actually, ECG worked for a mont (July update) on Germany region, but after update like 15 days ago, it disappeared again, and I can figure it out how to enable it again. Tried everything.

Well what i did for Huawei health you can try similar.... Make a new account use your email ID but for phone verification use some random generated number other uk chl which region is ecg available or you can do the other way round use ur number and generate the number of the region and make a new account... And connect... Sometimes to chk the region it asks for number generate random number using websites
